The IdealCup comes with a ONE YEAR guarantee against breakage.  The guarantee does not include normal wear and tear and yep, there's some FINE PRINT:

1. You'll need to provide us with your proof of purchase
2. You'll need to return the damaged part(s) to us for recycling

PLEASE NOTE: For guarantee purposes, each individual part of the IdealCup will be treated individually i.e. if the rotating top breaks only the rotating top will be replaced
